A special walking activity with a group: Hike&Haka in collaboration with Bureau voor Darf

Why? Get stronger and build strength with your team? Start with a hike that leads to a team haka. Hakas are dances performed as a ceremony that Maori tribes use for various occasions. An unparalleled haka is that of the New Zealand rugby union team to summon strength and perform well. The text is not sung but recited. Cries and exclamations are part of that. Often the dance starts by bending the knees in a straddle. The group members then strike, for example, on the tensed muscles of the chest or on the legs.

What? This event can stand alone as an activity, but can also be part of a team coaching process. In consultation we determine in which environment and with how many people it takes place. During the walk the group builds its own haka under supervision and at the end of the walk the group performs the haka.
